October Blogging Challenge! Day 16: Link LOVE!

Today it’s time to share my favourite links and internet explorations! I’ve been working from home for seven months now, and I most definitely have not been surfing the web more or anything like that. 😉 I’ve found and refound a bunch of fun web things that I wanted to share.

Duolingo ~ thought I’d give another go at learning Japanese and Duolingo is a great website for language learning! Though honestly, I’ve been procrastinating a bit on my lessons (sorry Mr. Duolingo Owl!) But it’s a great website. I used it many years ago when I was studying German in university and it was very effective, just need the motivation again!

Tuxedo Unmasked ~ This is a Sailor Moon blog with amazing and well-sourced details about the characters and the making of the show. I can fall into a void and read this site for absolute hours at a time and uncover infinite amounts of moon power wisdom!

RoomClip.jp ~ I am absolutely OBSESSED with unique, eclectic, absolutely adorable home decor!! RoomClip is a Japanese website where people share pictures their room decor and it’s a complete dream come true!

Sport Pepper the Kitten on Twitter ~ Sugar and I LOVE the adventures of internet cats! We love following the antics of a little (well rather huge!) kitten named Sport Pepper, who was a stray found at a Chicago hot dog stand. He is the baby brother of the Bitches the Cat crew, a hilarious and politically smart cat family. They are also on Instagram!

PLEASE let me know if you have any sites to share! I LOVE to go on internet adventures and fall into colourful little rabbit holes that I never knew existed!

October Blogging Challenge! Day 5: Favourite Movies

Day 5 of the October Blogging Challenge is all about favourite movies!! I’ll admit that I tend to not be overly adventurous with movie watching, and I would prefer to watch my favourites which I have seen hundreds of times rather than trying to find something new. Favourite movies fill you with great memories and take you back to a good place even when current times aren’t that way.

I tend to lean towards whimsical, fantastical, fun movies with light plots and a splash of humour. Hopefully some of my favourites bring you a bit of nostalgia and happiness like they bring me!

My Neighbor Totoro

Matilda

Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory

Alice in Wonderland

The Goonies
